Distraction
Speaking of distraction, I would say that I like to observe; it's a way for me to distract myself. For example, observing works of art is a distraction for me.
I like action and science fiction movies; it's something I also enjoy when I'm unwinding.
Walking, running, exercising are things I enjoy; ultimately, it's easy for me to find a source of distraction, obviously after my work, which is currently my focus.

We enjoy relaxing by traveling to different towns; it's nice to be able to leave work behind and unwind.
