I don't feel well today. My depression & anxiety has been on & off this past 6 months. My landlords have been triggering it. I need to move out. I will soon. I hope to where i move all is quiet & safe. Away from the toxicity of them all. So idealistic but who doesn't want their happy old self back?
We all want our happy old self back but it's hard so live by the day or the moment.
Tell yourself to survive the next 10 minutes and make the best out of it.
