RE: Too Many Options

Hahaha.. That's funny. I guess, the lady in that store had a margin in her mind that she wants to stick to. Maybe, she changed her mind after what happened. LOL

Yeah, when one goes to local market and shops, they'd need to bargain a lot. Unlike, large stores, where they've the price labelled on everything before hand. In local markets, so many people are buying the same thing for a different amount of money.😂

😊 Yup, prices vary wildly here! My phone cord is 3k in school, 2k near home, and 1.5k in the market - and I haven't even started bargaining with the real market women 😁. Still figuring out how to use my mum's charm 😂. I avoid big stores when I know the price won't be in my favour, unlike when I was in Lagos cos big stores were better there.
Big stores is for rich people here

Yeah, it differs from a place to another. At some places, the local market has a lot of products that you cannot be sure about their quality.

Yes,
It's always a big drag to know which is better in terms of quality in a local market. Here we just pick gadgets by specific brands in well visited shops. We also ask but we do most of our findings before thinking of coming.
You can know some good quality foods with eyes and touch.( Most shops sell multiple products and your just left to check well and choose something)
