To my experiences only a few read the notifications of the SC account. A few might respond if you call them by name but curators who never comment will not reply. They ignore their notifications. It is more like dropping a post and leave or quickly voting and leaving.

A few will but it can take time. Who does invests many hours a day in mainly reading and commenting.
