RE: Bacchus: Wine, Celebrating Life, Art
To be honest I never feel rested I guess it always been that way. I trouble starting the day to and recover from the night. I heard more suffer from that and it seems to run into the family. I am not really an early bird.
I doubt I will do other volunteering work unless it has to do with painting or writing. I intend to retire after this week and stay in bed or paint. There's no need to do anything else (except for finishing presents).
If you ask me you are free to post what and where you like, you just shouldn't add #steemexclusive. If votes are given this up to the voter.
I suggest to post something short. It could be an unfinished story and you write "to be continued" underneath.
Or a bit satire since I could use a good laugh! 😄
I hope the therapy went well and it helped you. One day I hope you will show your paintings too.
A warm hug, take good care of yourself. It is good to have you here.

Can't imagine how it feels if it has always been like that. Especially in the morning because it feels hard to get up but you can't stay too long in bed either. I wonder what this condition is.
I think it would be great if the volunteering has to do with writing and painting because that's what you do!
I will look into my archive for older stories for Dream Steem. Most of the time I would only start posting if I managed to finish the entire story even though I had to split them into many parts.
I went for acupuncture. The state clinic prescribed 10 sessions for me but even with the medication, it didn't help much. Will need to speak to the doctor about this next month.
Every time I see your painting or those tutorial on social media, it stirred something in me. I would keep watching and wishing that I could do it too. Saw one post recently where they used all the colors I never expected to paint something. Like using purple on a bread. But the result is amazing.
To me painting is like baking and writing is like cooking. I have no idea what I'm doing with baking. When I tried to make sourdough bread, it turned out to be a cake. LOL.
You take care too, my friend
I assume I have a hidden reserve and use that and as long as my head is filled with ideas or tasks I stay awake and next to that alert.
I rarely fall asleep because I am tired and if exhausted I cannot sleep either. 🤔
What I do have is a system that can shut down from one second to the next. You will not be able to wake me up or I hear everything but cannot move a finger. The last is the worst since at time I finally can I do not feel rested.
So my biggest wish was always 100 years of sleep and waking up rested but today I prefer to not wake up again since I do not like the world I live in.
I like baking way more than cooking.
Btw there's not much difference between cake and bread, except cake is sweeter, can have more eggs and butter/oil.
I am interested to hear what went wrong.
It sounds you made 'Herman the friendship bread' which is a cake and not a bread ...a bit darker since brown sugar is used. You pass a part of the dough to someone else, that person adds daily flower and sugar I believe and after certain days a part should be given to someone else and out of the rest 'Herman the friendship bread' is baked.
This world is really a not very place but it's people like you that make it better. I hope you will be able to fall asleep and rested. Does that mean that you would suddenly pass out? Does it happen often?
Not only my breads are bad, my cakes too. Sometimes it turned out ok, most time it turned out badly. The funniest thing was when I was telling my friend the process of sponge cake. Hers turned out so nice and mine not. I guess I don't have what it takes to be a baker. The common sense and all. Like you. When you can bake, you would know what went wrong in the process. Anyway, it's not something that I would attempt again in current time because I don't have the equipment now. Even my conventional microwave isn't functioning properly now.
I just read about Herman bread. It's so interesting. Something like the sourdough where you can give away the starter but Herman's instruction seems more specific. Do you make that often? What else you bake?
Thank you for the support
