And they can order items and let them deliver in a postal box! Or rob your bankaccount, make a fake ID, buy brand-new stuff...
But it wouldn't surprise me it's done on purpose. Everyone can find the info on the web and use it and since this is the case now all the other government rules can be introduced as well (digital coin, digital ID, brain chip and so on).
