By far not the entire world celebrates Mother's Day. In parts of the world it's no celebration day at all same for Father's day while in other countries May 3rd was the day.
I never liked this day mainly because of my mother. No way I respect her.
Your mother may not be in this world but at least you have good memories to cherish. I also believe that once we get older we should be the one to lean on. Every adult should and not be an eternal burden to their parents.
