Oliebollen time. Right after @emmabritt asked what oliebollen are my daughter took 20 home from work (forgotten in the fridge). These aren't the real ones, not fried in oil but most likely baked in the oven. I don't like the typical smell these have. They have a lot in common with donuts as if candied peel is added to it 🤢
I’m someone who is easily captured by talks of food. Mentions of food and my cravings take over! After a donut and caramel custard the other day, today I'll be out for pastry fix again.
