RE: Deals/Ofertas

Nowadays, we simply sell products that are past their expiry date. Nowadays, this is called being environmentally conscious and not wasting anything. Personally, I have no problem with this, because I don't think expiry dates mean anything, and of course I come from a time when products didn't have expiry dates at all.
In my opinion, the expiry date has simply been a ploy to get people to throw things away and buy new ones, no different from computers and phones where you eventually can no longer upload Windows or Android and are then forced to buy a new one with even more memory, even though the item itself is still fine.
Anyone who has the prices in their head can see that the sale is not worth much. In our case, these are certainly not inferior products, and we don't want to have empty shelves either. Our shops are no longer fully stocked anyway; after all, we are in a war zone and things are not going to get any better. So we have to be careful with everything. We also see shopkeepers doing this during the festive season. A few years ago, the things that were left over from the festive season were sold off for a song, but nowadays they are removed from the shop before the 24 hours are up.
There is a shortage, shops are buying considerably less, and the only reason there are already sales is to try to attract more customers.

I always check the expiration date.
