That's true if it comes to "patience" and now I have my family in mind. They couldn't wait till my grandmother died, although they already had their share after my grandfather died. I wonder how he would respond if he had seen them (most likely being disgusted). It's better to own nothing.
This can be avoided by making a will. I'm young, but I've already made my will.
You believe my grandparents had no will? Then you are wrong. Will or not no law can stop nasty, fighting children or family dragging your possessions out of your house if you are still alive.
I have a will since I am 21 and the biggest joke was as I said what should be written down the answer was: that is not very common.
Well, if it is common I don't need a last will and pay 1000 euros since without a last will the Dutch law will do the common thing.
