I totally agree with you. For it is the time we grew up, the religion and the so called norms and values keeping us small and underneath more thumbs we could bear.
I escaped, but the sadness remained and so did the lack of a home and so much more.
It takes a lot from a child to keep fighting against the wind.
I completely agree. The problem is that if someone tries to break free from those moral and religious chains, they're labeled as selfish or a bad person. It's sad.
That is what they say and punish but at the same they cheer secretly and want you to safe them and if you they forget you were the one.
Exactly! It's a dirty game!
