My 28th Birthday 🎂

I was sitting in front of my laptop doing some work in my room, when at exactly 00.01 WIB on September 16, 2024 my wife called me from outside.

"Bang come out for a minute, help me," she said.

When I came out of the bedroom door I looked to the right but I didn't see anyone, then I turned to the left and I saw my wife hiding behind the curtain holding a birthday cake and saying. "Happy birthday, husband."

Then she gave me a small parcel containing a gift, I looked into the contents of the parcel and saw that there were two plain t-shirts that she gave as a gift.

Then she took the TV remote and played a birthday celebration song. We then took a picture together to capture the moment of my birthday celebration at home.

Today is definitely a special day in my life because today is my 28th birthday. Even though I'm already an adult, I feel like a child when I have to celebrate like this, but I still have to appreciate the efforts of my wife who has prepared all this.

I didn't realize that I was already 28 years old, even though I still remember how I played hide-and-seek with my friends in the yard as a child.

I still remember how I used to be in elementary school learning to draw with my friends, I still remember how I used to study in a boarding school memorizing many verses and hadith.

But now, I'm already working and building a small family of my own. It is possible that soon time will pass so quickly and by then I will be at an old age where I will be holding a stick, my body is weak and powerless, and I will only be able to see my grandchildren playing. That's how fast time goes by without realizing I'm getting older.

I would also like to thank several people who have wished me a happy birthday, including my family and a number of other close people. Please pray that I will be given health and ease in all affairs of the world and the hereafter.

In addition, what makes my 28th birthday even more special is that it coincides with the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW or we used to call it the prophet's maulid day.
