Teaching Team Application For Season 22 - The Brilliant Teacher

Starting from our background as a teacher and equipped with a number of years of teaching experience, therefore through this post we would like to reapply as one of the teaching teams in the 22nd season concentrating on teaching materials.

The reason we apply is because there are many Steemit users who become teachers in their daily lives, of course we will enjoy a lot of knowledge and the best experience from them. In addition, the teaching function is always around us, for example, parents teach their children at home, teach peers who need help, and many others.

In addition, we would also like to thank the Steemit team for giving us the opportunity to be one of the teaching teams in Seasons 19 and 21 to organize the Steemit Learning Challenge contest.

I am currently responsible as the founder and main Admin in the teacher and student community, a community that focuses on sharing knowledge, skills, and experiences especially in the field of education. I have been working as a teacher since 2014.

My existence on Steem began on September 06, 2021, since I first created my account, I am an active user who consistently shares posts with various themes.

Our team plans to organize courses on important topics in teacher science and all matters related to education, we will try to develop a number of courses that are both theoretical and practical so that those who take these courses will acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills on how to develop skills in teaching.

👉 Week 1 : Learning while playing
Learning activities will certainly be very fun if the teacher is able to utilize all available resources to create learning activities while playing.

👉Week 2 : Anti-bullying campaign by teachers
Most of the teachers are movers who are able to provide real direction and guidance, In the context of anti-bullying, teachers must be able to socialize it.

• What efforts can teachers and educators make to socialize anti-bullying.
• How creative anti-bullying campaigns can be a means of socialization.

👉 Week 3 : Teacher Self Evaluation using SWOT analysis technique
A teacher should not feel that they are doing things perfectly, they need to continuously evaluate every teaching activity that has been carried out.

• After learning the material in this course, do you think the SWOT analysis technique is useful for developing your teaching skills?
• Evaluate your teaching activities using the SWOT analysis technique guidelines?

👉Week 4: Developing teachers' knowledge and skills.
A series of efforts to improve teachers' knowledge and skills to provide more effective learning is by attending training and seminars, these efforts have an impact on improving the quality of the teachers themselves.

• After this week's course, teachers can share their participation in seminars and trainings and share what additional knowledge they gained.
• Review some of the training and seminars they have attended, and share their knowledge and experience with other users.

👉 Week 5 : Teachers as role models
Teachers must have personality competence, through this week's tasks and challenges we will encourage teachers to be able to demonstrate exemplary behavior and role models for students or others.

• After understanding the course material provided, why is it important for teachers to set examples and role models, and what effect does this have on students?
• Share with us as many examples of exemplary behavior that you have applied in your daily life with students, and what benefits have you felt?

👉Week 6 : Know your students
Teachers must know their students because understanding student characteristics can provide many benefits for teachers and students, this will make it easier for you to improve student achievement.

• Interview your students with general questions that allow you to get to know your students' characteristics.
• Share with us 4 different characteristics of your students.
