I happen to
shot this man with my device in his bicycle when I decided to go out and get extra photographies in order to share them in the Steemit blockchain. The traffic is still going more or less due to the scarcity of petrol in the country. It's common to find long car queues in the service stations. ⛽ As you can see, sun is shining right now. #venezuela #affable
