Mercy has been described as the unmerited favour. Mercy is central to our life. It is the amount of mercy we have received that enables us to reach the height we are today.

Mercy of God never ends. There may be limit to the mercy we can obtain from men but mercy from God is limitless. People ration the mercy they show but God shows mercy freely.

People tends to show mercy to those that are close and beneficial to them; to their family members, their friends, close allies and to some people they believe will reciprocate but the mercy of God is open to all but some still find it difficult to receive this mercy even in abundance.

Mercy is an important exponential of our life. In judgment lawyers do pray judges to tamper judgement with mercy. When mercy speaks some certain human protocols will be suspended, rules will be overlooked and regulations will be pended.

Today, be merciful to your soul; nourish it pray. Be merciful to your mind; educate it, read good books, expand your understanding, broaden your knowledge. Be merciful to your body; take care of it, use good soap and cream, and not bleaching products, moisturize if need be, smell nice. Be merciful to creation; tend it, do not abuse it, don't endanger it, don't contribute to global warming. Be merciful to others; make this world a beautiful place to live for all.

When you show mercy, you will receive mercy and vice versa.

It's another weekend, the last in the month of March, may God's mercy spare Us to see many more weekends (Amen).
