Hello Friends, Ladies And Gentlemen And All Good People In Steemit Communities.
It's my good pleasure to intimate you with my Wednesday April 21. 2021, Diary.

Firstly, I worked up this morning earlier than any of the days during the week that started Monday April 19, 2021. I woke up at about 5:45 am. I watched two spiritually upbuilding videos that reminded me of the need to be alert to spiritual dangers that is common in the world today.

Then I took my breakfast of Akamu ( pap ) mixed with Moringa and porridg beans.

My Wednesday breakfast.

In the afternoon, I kept myself busy with the rehearsal of the assignment that I will deliver in the early evening today. After the rehearsal, I took my lunch of potatoes, yam with red oil mixed with Utazi leaves and pepper. Later, I took my bath getting ready for the virtual meeting where I will deliver my talk that I have been preparing for some days now. The meeting started on the scheduled time - 4:00 pm.

At the end of this meeting, my wife and other members of the family engaged in the harvesting of one of our precious vegetables, waterleaves and Ugu vegetables in preparetions for our evening meal.

That's the two vegetables.

After the preparetions and the actual cooking, we had the meal, Gari with the vegetable soup. I lastly retired for the day.
