UMUAHIA STEEM COMMUNITY FIRST PHYSICAL MEETUP COMING UP ON SUNDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER, 2021, KINDLY JOIN US 10%PAYOUT GOES TO @STEEMALIVE

Greetings everyone and my special regards goes to the management of this great community for their efforts in making this community a better one for each an everyone of us.

Umuahia is one of the cities in Nigeria where many steemians are but they lack coordination due to few reasons which I can't really explain and having stayed in this city for sometime, it will be a thing of joy for me to see every steemian from all communities in steemit blockchain come together and form. A strong team.

Our city coordinators who has unavoidable absent due to notable reasons have planned this meetup severally but one thing led to another it couldn't hold and this made umuahia steemians to keep loosing interest as they lack support and feel missed out most times.

Having being under the mentorship of my boss @focusnow and having listened to @kadosh2340 and @davchi who are my city coordinators, I felt it will be really good to hold this meetup with or without a city coordinator.

So I created a new WhatsApp group with the name UMUAHIA ACTIVE STEEMIANS and I shared the link to the group to as much groups as possible where I know steemians are and those who are from the city of Umuahia who still have interest in steemit joined the group using the link.

After much talk sessions and meetings in this WhatsApp group, we all agreed on having a physical meetup to promote steemit in umuahia and we fixed the meetup to be on;

Time.... 2pm promt
Venue.... Michael Okpara University of Agriculture stadium, umuahia.

I had a total number of 36 people in that meeting but the most active ones currently are;

To this note,I have invited my good friend @pricelesspresh, Asaba city coordinator to be my guest speaker that day and to assist me, I also extend the invitation to @ninapenda from aba city to also help me out so that the program though being the first time will be a huge success.

I also suggested Umuahia city road show to use it as a medium to create awareness for the upcoming event so that we can have a good number of newbies to be registered courtsey of the event.

Dear friends, this is an open invitation to anyone that can make it to umuahia on that fateful day to make this program a success.

Also I am calling on our city coordinators @davchi and @kadosh2340 and any other person that can assist me to kindly do because there are still other things to take care of like the venue (which we may or may not pay for) and also refreshment.
