As a staff in our steemit training center here in my city Aba, my sole work is to educate newbies and some old members on how to make quality post here in our community and in steemit at large. While carrying out my work, I found out that they finds it too difficult to add what3word location to their post.

Therefore, in order to help them out, I've decided to write a post to educate them more. To me, it's part of my work as a mentor in our community. So below are the steps

how to add what3word location

There are basic steps to take before one can successfully add such location in a post. The first one is this👇

click on chrome

once it opened, click on the address at the top. Write what3word.com and send.

It will turn in a new face, Yes, what3word site will appear on your screen. If you want to download the app, click on App. But, since we just want to add a location, no need for that. instead, click on Map:

Once you clicked on Map, it will erupt like this👇. click on the search icon

At this juncture, My dear friend, it's now time to write down the address of your location. In this tutorial, let's use our steemalive steemit training center here in Aba as our address. So, let's write the address which is 208 Azikiwe by east Aba.

As you can see, there are many streets in different cities bearing same name. But, the one we need is the one in Aba city which is the first one. So, click on it

Wow, the address have appeared. It's now time to copy the address/location. To achieve our aim, just look up, hope you can see the address up?

To copy, hard-press the above address, then, this will erupt👇 click on the copy and paste icon

Wooow, you have successfully copied the address location.

Now, go back to your post, remember, from my example here, what we want to find is our steemit training center location here in Aba. So, you can just write [what3word](the link).Or you can place it this way, [208 Azikiwe by east aba](the link) That is, 👇

or any other way you wish. This is the preview 👇

Don't panic, all you have to do is this, change the address to a nearby popular address (a popular address close to the one you're searching for) since you're aware of the location, just click on the supposed location, then, same way, copy the address. that's all.
