This morning I woke up early and so happy I don't even know why. So, I woke up around 6 and went to pick up some fruits with my niece. Then after picking up some fruits, I came back to the house and helped my sister gets my siblings ready for school then after that I swept the places I was supposed to sweep and did the dishes. And then, I made breakfast for the kids.

The kids had tea and bread for breakfast and then left for school around 7 a.m. so that they will join the school early enough for lessons. So, after they are left I made jollof rice with turmeric and tomato paste. the combination was not here ooh but the rice tasted amazing. Unfortunately even though I wanted to leave some for the kids for when they come back from school, the rice almost finished that morning that it remained little or nothing that would full the childrens' stomach when they come back.

After doing my chores I brushed my teeth and dressed up just to chill. I just lazied around the house until around 10 a.m. when my sister wanted me to help her with something like Filming a video for her so I did and when we were done she left for where she was going to, the market. when she left I told her to buy meat of 500 naira for me because I wanted to do suya meat and then I asked her to buy bread for me because I've been craving for it and the worst part of it all is that I only have this one brand of bread that I eat and if it's not the bread, I'm not eating. The one I had bought the day before had already expired and I didn't know and wasted my 450 naira .

When when she finally left I went to do laundry. I washed some clothes and then I cleaned the rooms, until It got to the point of me being tired, I took a break. If I could write how many clothes I washed, what time it took to wash one and what colours of clothing I washed I would have done that because like it takes so long, it takes a lot of time to do and strength. But when you're writing that you did laundry, it just takes like some words and literally a second to read about it but actually it takes a lot of time and you won't even know that the time is flying by. By the time you're done you'll be so tired and it's already late. Literally I did not have any meal that afternoon and when I was done it was around 3.

Some minutes after I was done washing, my sister came back from the market. So,I took the stuff that I had to that buy for me. She said she didn't see the bread to buy and she asked me to come and cook egusi soup for dinner. After cooking the soup I then went on to make my suya meat. Gawd, I always forget to keep my phone for snapping purposes but forgive me this time, safety measures you know. So, for the suya, yeah I just use fresh meat and then to your suya spice, mix them together and then put in the oven. After like 45 minutes, it should be done. That long, because the meat is uncooked and put directly to the oven. While I was still in the kitchen, I was told to make garri for the kids since it was already 5 in the evening and they were not yet back from school (on a Saturday). So, I did and like 2 minutes in, they came back and had dinner.

I enjoyed mine too because I love egusi soup. The way I ate the garri, eh? I literally devoured the food. Everyone else had their portion. My phone was dead, so, I just plugged it in and went to sleep while the kids watched movies.
