UYO ROAD SHOW DAY 3 HAS RECORDED SUCCESSES|| 10% PAY OUT TO @STEEMALIVE

It is time for me to make my report of the road show day 3 that Uyo team did on Friday, September 10, 2021 from my own vantage point. It was really a success as the rain couldn't stop us.

OUR MOVEMENT FOR THE DAY 3 ROAD SHOW

I earlier mentioned in the announcement I made a day before our road show day that we were going to carry out our day 3 road show in University of Uyo but at the Cornelia Cornelly College, Afaha Oku Uyo where a goofball match was being played among all Pharmacy Students Nation wide. The match was scheduled to begin by 2pm. Knowing this, we decided that we will first start our road show at the plaza close to the location such that when it is time, we will easily get there.

We gathered at my steemit office by few minutes to 11am though some members where there before me. Before 12 am, we left to the location. But we were halted at the junction where we wanted to board vehicle going to the plaza. We had to run into a shop to take cover.

We spent close to 20 minutes there before the rain gave us a little space to board a vehicle. But it started again before we could get to our location and so we went straight to the field since according to the time they gave us, the match will not take long to begin. But it was still raining heavily. Since it was a school with a building, we ran into a shield and displayed our roll-up stand being that various medical students are lodging there and the school is a boarding school so we met some people there.

We took these pictures outside before the rain became more serious and we had to run inside a building.

Even though it was raining, some students were still being attracted to us because we were wearing the brand. Once they read "write, post and earn' they want to know what it is. We took time to explain to them.

We waited for the match to begin, but we later gathered that the students went for an awareness outreach road show and the rain held them there. Well, we made use of the time wisely to talk to all who were present. We signed 2 persons up

Later, when the rain subsided, we went inside the field to promote steem to Munchies canvasers who also came to advertise their products.

We bought some munchies from them too. They even sang with steemit and helped us advertise it.

We exchanged contacts with the dancers and the Mobile advertising vehicle oner so that we can arrange a day for them to do such advert for us. We will brand the vehicle with steem and steemit. It will be awesome.

We couldn't wait for the match to start because it was getting late and they even urged us to stay and join their dinner night because that will be the last day of their program. But we couldn't because we didn't plan that

We left to take refreshment at Dechoice fast food. There we took pizza and juice

We also had the opportunity to promote steem as people asked us about what we were promoting

On our way back, I received a call from one of the people we signed up the previous day who said he want to sign another person up. That I should help out. He asked if there is referral payment. I told him to make a post about it. I was able to sign the person up. His username is @mbuotiokon.

CONCLUSION

I and the Uyo group are always ready to promote steem through road show. Thank you @steemalive and @focusnow for initiating this road show.
