UYOCITY ROAD SHOW DAY #8 WAS GREAT||PROMOTED STEEM TO A GROUP OF VETERINARY DOCTORS AND OTHERS||3 SIGNED UP, ONE WROTE INTRODUCTION POST||10% TO @STEEMALIVE

Hello dear fellow steemians and wonderful people, trust you are all doing great? I am doing same and I am grateful to the Almighty for that. I responded to the call I made for all Uyocity steemians in steemalive including other steemians in cities without cordinator. I personally joined road show yesterday being Friday, October 22, 2021. It was a wonderful one even though the weather tried to stop us.

I and @benton3 left the house by 8:30am to the city office of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution company here in Uyo to complain about our prepared meter challenges we were having in my steemit office. From there we went to the NERC office here in the city to submit a later. There we promoted steemit to the receptionist who is a corp member. She was very interested to listen. She could have signed up but she was busy and said that she will read more about it and contact us later

We then proceeded to the location I announced which is Akwaibom State Secretariat, there we got amazing people who were educated and were into government.

But first, we shared the opportunity to a phone repairer at the entrance who was also into cryptocurrencies. He signed up immediately and set up his profile. @benton3 assisted him with it. That was where @benson6 met us and joined us.

Next was a lady who @benton3 talked to. Though I wasn't with him because @goodybest and @esthyfashion joined us and so we paired ourselves. But while talking to a lady, who said she is interested but she needed to power her phone up and then contact me for more information, I received a call from @benton3 to come and assist him sign up the lady with the alternative method by @justyy. The phone number of the lady was giving them some hard times. Do I quickly went and got the lady signed up and went out again.

From there, we went into the offices to talk to the workers. En-route, I spoke to a man who was going out. I gave him fliers

On getting to the offices, while @goodybest sighted a woman with her smart phone, we saw 2 men who looked like top rank officers, jokingly, they asked up what we were promoting. As we just opened our mouth to say that to explain, they said, they have come again to scam us. Hmm, it was very funny the way they said it. But I funnily followed them along with others to their office. They were friendly anyway. At the end, we discovered that they were group of professional veterinary doctors. They gave us time and we presented steemit to them. I first and then @bentong3. It sounded good to them. They asked series of questions. At the end, 2 people signed up there and then. Others said they are busy with something but that they will definitely join. One even wrote his introduction post there. The one that wrote his introduction post is @uetim's introduction post

We spent considerable time there and we left to a fast food nearby to chill off. By then @goodybest and @esthyfashion had gone home to care for other responsibilities. It was at Tantalizer fast food, Abark road that we went to. Just opposite the secretariat.

We later retired to the house by 4:30pm. It was really a long road show that we had. I am grateful to the users that joined me, @benson6 @benton3 @esthyfashion and @goodybest. They all were amazing. I believe other steemians went to a different location. Road show is amazing.

We will surely repeat the call at the same location to get more people signed up and to do a follow up. Hopefully, we will get people who will like to invest.
