Perseverance,it's important and benefits

WHAT IS PERSEVERANCE?

This simply means our determination to work hard regardless of challenges and obstacles that may exist, it has to do with insisting on something and being firm on Getting something done and not being discouraged or give up.

WHY IS PERSEVERANCE IMPORTANT
Perseverance is very important because, it is a key to success, it is not easy to stay focus to our goals and dreams because of different challenges, hardships, and obstacles that may set in, but the benefits of perseverance can never be measured with any sets Back.
Many people today stop persevering because they met failure along the line which is not right, if we want to succeed we need to keep pushing up
It is not easy to persevere but the hardest thing is to quit, because moving forward to success becomes even more impossible, but at the same time success is not a gift but requires hard work and that is where perseverance comes in, for you to get what you want you need to persevere.

BENEFITS OF PERSEVERANCE
• Perseverance enables you to grow and identify your ability: To grow and know what you are capable of, you need to stick to your plan, if you don't give up along the line then you can know your ability and potential, but if you give up, it is totally impossible to know who you truly are.
So don’t give up, pull through your failures, keep moving, you will reap the reward of your perseverance.
• Perseverance builds your self-confidence: Naturally speaking when you persevere, you boast your self confidence.
• Perseverance turns obstacles to learning opportunities: Being able overcome challenges on your way to success gives you insights into your inner person, you realize your strength and weakness, if success is what you bargained for, then you need to face failure, learn from it, and succeed
• Perseverance bring success:
If u choose not to persevere in difficult situation and give in, then your goal is at stake, your success chance is slim.
• You gain trust from people when you persevere and succeed: When you strive hard to succeed, you fail and stand up, and move forward, people will take notice, though they might not praise you until you succeed, but they will have faith in you.
• Perseverance motivate others to persevere: It is important that we keep persevering to success, who knows Who is looking up to us as your role model, our perseverance will motivate others to persevere.
