Introduction

Hello my dear friends, happy new month to you all wishing you all the good things this month has in stored and I hope you guys are all doing great. It's my first post for this month and am sure you are all going to love it so don't go anywhere.

Morning

My day started around 6:00am, so when I got up I brushed my teeth before doing my house work after which I went to take my bath. After taking my bath while I was coming out of the bathroom I overheard my neighbor calling out to the other neighbor telling her what is happening in our area.

When I came out she was saying that a man who is a member of Lion squard known as vigilantee accidentally shot someone and in the process the person died in the hospital, so the decices family went to the man's house but he was not around so they set his house on fire and scarted everything in his house and also his wife's shop but the man is no where to be found at the moment.

I quickly rushed back inside so I can get dressed up so I can leave for work and it's about to rain too so I don't want the rain to meet me at home. While I was going to work I overheard some men saying that thank God that it's about to rain because today they will be fire everywhere so I quickly stop and a bike.

On getting to where the vigilantee people normally hold their meetings I saw crowd and also a police van there but I have no idea what was happening there so I just went my way . On getting to the shop I opened it cleaned everywhere before having my breakfast but while eating and queen came in but queen came before my boss.

After eating my breakfast I rested for some time before I started covering my cake and to be honest covering and decorating a cake is really not an easy task ooo hmm I started by treaming the cake so that the body will be smooth and beautiful after covering it with butter cream.

After trimming it I have I robed butter paste to it before arranging them on each other one after the other so it can stick to each other properly before using the main butter cream to cover it for the beauty to come out. So after that I have to used smothner to smoth the body the bring out the design I want with the help of my boss.

When I finished that I added colour to my butter cream before using a pipeing bag to design the top and bottom of my cake then I added some little flowers that I did to add more beauty to it as the final touch.

Afternoon

Around 1:00pm my boss sister called her that she should come and collect corn so she left and some minutes later she came back and asked me to boiled the corn so we can eat since we alone and there is no more work for the day. So after eating the corn she started teaching me how to make my writing look beautiful on a cake.

While doing that a college of mine who has been sick came with a friend of hers who wants to sing for work, so after dropping all the things she bought my boss told her all the rules and regulations which she accepted but she said she won't be coming to work every wensday and my boss said she don't have a problem with that so she asked her when she will be resuming and she said tomorrow before she left.

After she left my boss said someone else is coming so I should wait once the person arrive we will close and go home to rest then few minutes later the lady arrived but she didn't come to sign work she came to order for cake instead. After the payment she left and my boss said we should go home so she help to rip my cake with a cake rip so I can take it home then we closed.

Luckily for me for me when I got home I saw someone that liked my cake and I sold it for 8000 naira then I also gave my family members some that I took home for them to test and they all loved it that they were saying why didn't I bring all the cake so I told them I have to sell it so I can get money for beake another one for my next practical .

Evening

Around 6:00pm this evening I went to the market to buy vegetable and other things I want to use for my yam source because we have yam at home so after buying everything I went home and prepared my yam and source after which I ate to my satisfaction then I asked my mom if they have resolved the issue concering the man that died and she said it's has been very rough since morning because people are just running up and down.

So i asked her how it really happened and she said it happened last night at a waykeeping, so when the ceremony was happening the man faired a gun in the air thinking the builet has already disappeared not knowing that the builet was still in the air and before they know it the builet came down and meet the man that died. After that I saw my boss missed call so I called her back and she said I should help her but some things from the market tomorrow morning on my way to work. As soon as I finished talking to her and went to take bath so am so tied.

Conclusion

Ha beaking a cake was really not easy especially the covering and design it's takes time and also a lot of stress but thank God at last the outcome was beautiful and worth the stress as well.
