I wake up this morning at about 06:30am, I said my morning prayer and also read my bible.
And I drink one glass water, before start preparing for work, and I don't have much work to do today, but if I reach office I will still update you guys thanks and have a nice day.

After preparing for work and I left my house at about 07:00am, and reaching my office around 07:26am, I open my office and pray and then went out to go eat and I ate rice and plantain, that is what I have for my breakfast, thanks and stay tuned for more update.

How is your day going, I hope is going well, mine is fine, it only headache and weakness that is disturbing me here, and I suppose to go to field work today but I didn't go because of the headache that am having.
And then I want to use that opportunity to check my store and also balance it, so that my store book we be updated and this is the picture that I snap when I was in store room.

Good evening all,
How was your day, I hope is was good, mine was some how good, as I said before that headache have been disturbing me since.
But now by the grace of God I have regain myself, do you that I didn't even take any drugs and the headache stop am happy for that.
And I close work at about 05:10pm, and I went straight to bus stop and enter a mini bus that is going to my destination, immaculate Junction.

Wow, I would say your day would have been an interesting one if you had gone for the fieldwork because I always hear fieldwork is always interesting because of the headache that disturbed you but notwithstanding, the food makes it an exciting one.
That food is so yummy, please do well to bring it my way next time Lols... For your headache, if it is not a result of malaria, whenever it comes, always do well to drink water and it will be gone. That is what I do whenever I experience such if I am not sick or about to get sick.
