many (if not the majority) of the workers in the private sectors that are left temporarily unemployed due to corona, will be getting more money than what they were getting before the whole corona shit.

I doubt during these times any asset in the world will be a hedge or safe haven and although this spike in crypto is kind of a small hopium portion I believe it will be short lived. There's not too much knowledge in the world about it to make it a safe haven yet.
