POB is simiar to what Bitspark does with their ZEPH token. Zeph is Bitspark's native rewards token. Bitspark commits 25% of fees earned on transactions to buybacks. Referrals and Cash Points are paid in Zeph bought back from the market as well. Neat concept and a great incentive for on-boarding.
Bitspark is just copying Binance's structure for BNB.
