Frying is one of my favourite activities in the kitchen not just for the peace I feel when doing it but for the things I learn.

It has also taught me patience as I have learnt not to eat the food when frying it until I am done.

    Wow... I thought I'm the only one that obey that law of frying without eating any till when I'm done.
