SEC13 WEEK6 || JOYFUL TIMES ARE HERE!
Hello friends I invite @ruthjoe @chant @ihorgic to join in this contest Joy is a state of unexplainable excitement. It goes beyond happiness and pleasure. It is a state of inner peace and contentment that arises from fulfilling purpose. Henri Nouwen in his opinion saw joy as something deeper than happiness. He believed joy arises from a sense of belonging, being loved, and living a life of purpose and meaning. YES. It is very important to be joyful. The importance of being joyful cannot be overemphasized** • It promotes mental health by reliving stress, pressure, eliminates anxiety and depression. • Joy also is a natural immune booster and pain reliever because it has the happiness hormone called endorphin • A person that is filled with joy sleeps fine. Stress most times have a connection with insomnia. • Lastly, a joyful person has a good social relationship with people. People with good team spirit are often joyful people. This year has been very Joyful for me and I'm grateful to God January this year, I got into school to further my education as a Community Health Higher National Diploma student after a long while of school break. I was able to do my ND clearance and facilitate the process of HND Secondly, I became an aunt for the Second time. My elder sister gave birth few months ago The Miracle surrounding her birth is worth being Joyful for. Thirdly, my friend and choir director got married. it was really a beautiful day. We travelled a long mile just to celebrate with her. For the last month of this year, I have set up joyful plans and target to meet. Secondly, I plan to visit the orphanage. Reaching out to the less privileged is very important in this Christmas season I hope you enjoyed reading through my blog
My First Day In School. I was so Joyful
She travelled for a national exam all the way from North Nigeria to the East. Arriving the hotel she lodged for the exam, she went into labour and with the help of the nurses that also came for the national exam, she gave birth to a baby girl
My Beautiful Niece, her name is Evelyn
For me, the wedding was prayer answered

First, I'll travel to see my parents and spend some time with them for Christmas. It's been while since I saw them. I'm already overwhelmed by the outbrust of joy and excitement I'll get

Yes a joyful have a good social relationship with people, and you will always sleep well when you are joyful and most especially you will be healthy and live a stress-free life I agree with you 💯 on this.
Indeed my friend proceeding for your Higher national diploma is indeed a thing of joy and the arrival of your aunt's child made you more happy as you became an aunt.

Seeing your parents after a while to celebrate Christmas with them will be a joyful moment because they are also longing to see you, visiting the orphanage home will be a good way to end the year through chari5and nay God 🙏 continue to bless you my friend.
