Today, let me share to you my entry of the contest organized by sister @ngoenyi. And I feel like participating this amazing contest.
Last week, my daughter requested to have her own study table. Good thing, her old study table is still ok so I just put a cloth to cover it and put some books and other decorations in her table.
While she was on her table, she was drawing something and looked for his watercolor. While I watched her, I feel like I also wanted to hold the paint brush. So, I took a picture so I had something to follow.
I just used Matheena's old water color. A standee for the thick oslo paper and a picture to follow.
I then started making the tree. I can paint but not as expert as other. And my output will just depend on my piece. If the piece is just so familiar, I can paint it but if it is too difficult, I really had a hardtime doing it.
I had a little background of painting because when I was a second year college, we are taught on how to paint. We had an art subject wherein our art skills were developed. That time I was able to sketch an infant, a girl in its teenage and an old man. And I was so amazed on my drawing. I am not so sure if I can still make it today. I havent tried it anymore. Maybe I was able to sketch that time because our art teacher keeps on motivating us. That is an important thing, if there is someone believe on our skills we feel like we really an make it.
I havent practice it anymore because drawing, sketching and painting really needs an extra time and you need a motivation upon doing it or else it would be hard for you to draw. And before you start doing it, make sure to study the whole picture even the small details so you can can continuously make it.
After an hour of doing it, here is now my piece. It is not that good but I am still so proud of myself because I was able to make this piece. And my daughter as well realy love what I do.

I saw your post in steem for ladies and I am very happy that you draw so well and you have described your picture very well and you are doing color painting very well. I do sketching but I haven't done color painting yet.

Drawing and painting could be time demanding and tedious but I really do admire your consistency in bringing about this outcome.
Your painting is really beautiful, you tried to get what was on the picture though the colours were not that vibrant. Success in your entry.
