The Diary Game, Season 3 (25 November 2023) | Ride The Odong-odong At Simpang Rangkaya
Hello all My Steemians friends where ever you are, I hope you are all healthy and happy wherever you are ❤
As usual I wake up when the alarm goes off. I set an alarm so that I can wake up for morning prayers on time, which is around 05.20. Having a baby will make me stay up quite a bit. After my prayer was finished, I went to check the water in the tank and make sure it remained full so that if a flood came we wouldn't have a clean water crisis at home (because currently Indonesia is entering the rainy season).
I also prepared a simple lunch for my daughter today. Oh no, suddenly my baby woke up and I had to breastfeed him. I was worried that I would be late and left my daughter to bathe herself. After a while, I put her to sleep in the baby swing and immediately rushed to help my daughter. 5 more minutes, and I'm ready. It only took 3 minutes to get to Afiza's school, apparently because the atmosphere was cloudy, there were still very few children at school and there was still time to greet the teachers.
In the afternoon, using the vegetable plants in my yard, I cook fatty soup with sweet potatoes, papaya flowers, pumpkin leaves and melinjo leaves. All of them are organic vegetables and free of pesticides, so they are very good for your health. For the side dish, I cooked pepes fish which was very appetizing. The sour and spicy taste makes my lunch menu even more complete.
In the afternoon, my husband invited us to go for a walk. In fact, this is our promise to the children. Since having a baby, I haven't gone anywhere much and now it's time for me to pay what I was promised.
The kids were coughing, so I invited them to play a game that didn't require much energy. They were very happy and after we went around Simpang Rangkaya, it turned out that there were many rides that weren't open yet so we finally stopped at the odong-odong play area.
The children chose the type of vehicle they wanted to ride, Afiza had a red Honda Scoop and Ghaisan chose a blue Honda Ninja. My husband and I waited in the chairs provided and fortunately, my baby didn't fuss and just stared at the object in front of him in amazement.
In the evening, after dinner, I sat talking with my husband. My daughter has gone to study the Koran and around 09.00 at night it's time for my baby to sleep. I went to my room and started reading sleep prayers for my baby. After that, the lights were turned off and yes, I fell asleep too.
