I was interested in joining the choice contest this week #56, one of the choices that made me interested because it suits the activities and activities that I often do today. Of the five choices offered, I chose the classroom, why?

👨‍🏫 Learning is a hope to organize a brilliant future

Every Friday and Saturday I attend the master's program in education management, currently I am in the second semester, it doesn't feel like two more semesters I will soon complete my education at the IAIN Lhokseumawe Postgraduate campus, therefore when talking about classrooms there are certainly a lot of interesting things from every discussion we have had.

I believe that education can lead me to success in the future, by pursuing higher education will certainly be able to help me compete for better job opportunities in the future.

Studying higher education is also everyone's dream, but it is not easy to go through every stage of the process. On the one hand, I had to work to support my family, on the other hand, I was forced to do troublesome college assignments, and the more expensive tuition fees required me to save more and look for additional jobs.

I also enjoy learning and continuing to learn, I also find face-to-face learning in the classroom more enjoyable and effective than distance learning through Zoom. I also enjoy meeting my friends in the classroom every week, they have different characters and have broader thoughts, because they are all active teachers who have teaching experience.

In addition to what makes me so sure to continue my education at the campus because it has good accreditation, the factor of complete and adequate campus facilities and facilities also makes me comfortable while studying in the IAIN Lhokseumawe Postgraduate classroom. Especially now that we are studying in a newer room, all the facilities and facilities available today are very sophisticated and modern.

🗣️ The classroom should be a place of argumentation

Honestly, I am very happy to discuss, every day in the study room I am an active participant in the discussion, I always provide input and experience and knowledge that I have in the discussion forum, in my opinion sitting still during the learning process is very detrimental to time.

I also like to criticize the presentation delivered by my friends in the study room, but some other friends are not happy to get sharp criticism from me. According to them, what I said was not just criticism, but it was like testing their material.

Every day our study room actively carries out discussions, we always focus on discussing how educational institutions are able to manage a school well, the programs that have been planned must be carried out properly in accordance with the vision and mission of the school and the National education goals that have been set.

This week we discussed an important topic in the study room postgraduate IAIN Lhokseumawe, there is one topic of the problem that I think is very important to share here, the problem is related to clinical supervision programs in schools that we recently discussed in the lecture hall.

Clinical supervision is a solution to help teachers who experience problems in the learning process, by conducting clinical supervision the problems experienced by the teacher are expected to be helped and resolved.

Teachers in general when they hear the word supervision is a scary thing, why can it be scary? because the fact is that supervisors are always looking for mistakes, looking for deficiencies that teachers have, this activity becomes an arena to show the abilities and intelligence of the supervisor, instead of helping the teacher,

But clinical supervision is different, the teacher asks for the supervisor's willingness to look for all the shortcomings and weaknesses experienced by the teacher when carrying out learning activities. Like a service in a hospital, the patient complains to the doctor and asks the doctor to conduct an examination related to the indication of the disease suffered by the patient.

It is called clinical, because teachers ask expert supervisors to help find solutions to the problems they face during the learning process. This supervisor is expected to be able to provide solutions and the latest steps for teachers who experience problems so that they are better able to carry out the learning process in the future.
