S16W3 || “Raising boys and girls”

Hello everyone this is Monz from India, hope you people are doing great and enjoying your days happily! So here I am with my entry of the contest organised by these superb ladies.

The topic choosen for this contest basically adds a light on gender equality and for Indians it is a good one to convey a message that now its time to change and consider all genders equally.

For this contest I would like to invite @sikha12 , @nishika and @sumit .

Coming on to the contest's topic as mentioned "Blue for boys" and "Pink is for girls"

From our childhood we had been given a sentence in our mind that pink is the colour of girls and it is the colour generally used for symbolising female gender but as we can see fashion is now taking pace at a speed and in this generation even boys are preferring pink colours and same with the girls even girls love to wear blue. Now the question comes to should boys and girls raised equally now let's know the answers below.

Should boys and girls be raised in the exact same way?

The answer is obviously yes, we should never differentiate between a girl or a boy because there is nothing in this world a guy can do and a girl cannot it's a myth that the generation is carried forward by a boy only specially in India even today if a girl child is born sometimes the lady have to go through scoldings from there in-laws.

There are still some villages where girl child is considered as burden and boy child is given the privilege of getting all the facilities and even proper education but a girl child is only talk to manage the household chores.

The reason why the girl child is raised in the following ways because some of the illiterate parents have a mind said that what will a girl do after getting an education after all she will become a housewife one day and her degree will be totally wasted. But according to me it's very wrong and the era of today girls are doing far better than boys.

And yes even a boy should not be considered less than a girl as sometimes female gets advantage of their gender and some of the girls starts taking advantage of it.

All parents should raise both their child be it girl or boy should raise them with equal love care and attention without discriminating between the two.

So yes raising both the child equally is important as no gender should feel that discrimination between that thank you so much for providing us the opportunity to participate in this contest will see you in my next post.
