Hello Ladies!!

It’s been two years since I last existed in this human world, and a lot seems to have changed. I was scouting through my communities when I saw the content notification, I was a bit skeptical to participate, out of the feeling that I was an alien who had just fallen back from space into the world where I once lived as a human. It feels good to be back on planet Earth and I have missed my lady's space. In this regard, I am here to participate in this contest with the topic “##Photo contest of the week 19” Organized by @m_fdo as an opening post.

I have so many pictures taken for different moods and events. But you see these particular pictures hold a special bond and were taken on an amazing Sunday afternoon church when my friends and team members decided we should hang out at PIT STOP LAGOS located at Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria.

So let me take you through what makes the photos significant;

Let me speak about the people in these pictures, they are my beautiful and handsome friends, you can see the lady in green is my beloved self a Digital marketing instructor and Ghost chef, and the other lady is Tolulope our data scientist, there we have M.s Bolaji a Barrister, we call him that because he is a lawyer, Faozil with the Tom and Jerry polo is our Programmer in the building, there is Perez our Hr. Management Personnel, Then finally Mr. Vouwe CEO of an App company just like Piggy Vest and also a business expertise.

OMG, the location visited was another game changer for me, so we called and made inquiries and found out that Sundays are always their Family and friend’s brunch celebration day, a day when a whole big brunch platter is prepared and family and friends share in the love of eating together, which was exactly what we were looking out for. You should try it out if you are in Lagos or waiting to visit Lagos, the atheistic of this location is a giveaway.

This brings us to the reason for the hangout, you know the saying you save the hot gist for the last. Now this is the point where I begin to tear out, please I need tissues, I am going to get my makeup all ruined, yea I know I am so dramatic. Okay, let me cut to the chase. The reason for the gathering was because the guy on the dreadlocks Mr. Vouwe, got married to his beautiful wife, who was supposed to join us, but is crowd shy as an introvert, and doesn’t like to share spaces. I cried during the gathering and these tears had something to do with matters of the heart, this was a man I once loved but bottled it up, even when he made himself available and friend-zoned him. Anyway, we moved passed that, and now here we are taking pictures, feasting, spoke about our careers, and love life, and this photo will be part of memories that will last forever. When we were done, we all shared a hug and goodbyes as Mr. Vouwe would be relocating out of the country with his wife.

So ladies, we close the curtain here and I am gladdened that I shared this with my ladies, I believe you followed through as you read my post.
