The name of the dish that I made today and have decided to share with you the steps and procedures on how to prepare this delicious meal is spaghetti, after having a long and tired day at the farm, me and my family were all hungry and tired, we needed to prepare a quick meal because of the hungry that we were all feeling.

My mum suggested that we prepare rice because that is the only quick meal that is available in the house, that could be made at that moment, so my little brother suggested spaghetti because it is faster than rice, so I went and bought spaghetti and came back to prepare it.

Ingredients

• Spaghetti
• Groundnut oil
• Sachet tomatoes
• Fresh pepper
• Onion
• Curry
• Thyme
• Crayfish
• Maggi
• Salt

Steps and procedures on how I prepared my spaghetti

Step 1 First I started by putting water in a clean pot and placing it on fire, when the water started boiling I broke my spaghetti into two and poured into the boiling water.

Step 2 After that I used a spoon to stir the spaghetti so that they wouldn't get attached, then covered the pot and washed my pepper and onions, ground them alongside the crayfish.

Step 3 When I was done grounding the pepper, onion, and crayfish I sliced another onion separately, and also used a spoon to stir the spaghetti again, to prevent it from getting attached.

Step 4 After doing all this, my spaghetti was ready to be parboiled, so I brought it down from the fire and washed it with cold water.

Step 5 When I was done parboiling the spaghetti, I placed a clean pot on fire, and then added some groundnut oil, when the oil got hot, I added some sliced onion and a sachet of tomatoes and then stirred gently.

Step 6 I then added my curry, thyme grounded pepper, onion, and crayfish together into the mixture on fire and stirred with a spoon, then added some water and Maggie with salt to taste.

Step 7 After this I covered my pot and allowed the mixture to boil before adding the spaghetti, so after I added the spaghetti I covered the pot and allowed it to cook well, when my spaghetti was ready I added my sliced onion to the already cooked spaghetti.
