The FOURTH week of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 16 is over!

This week we received a whooping 201 posts of which only one did not qualify.
It was clear from your posts that men and women both have busy days. There is always something popping up that needs to be done.

It is for the community to decide how they select their weekly winners, but for us, it is important that there is transparency; therefore, we share a summary of what we look for.

1. Authors must vote and resteem the contest post
2. Authors must adhere to all the rules
3. Post must have received at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments from other authors
4. Authors must post good-quality posts
5. Authors must have shown active engagement with the posts of their fellow Steemians. Quantity and quality are key and NOT most engaged
