Weekly Report-3 (December) ; Steem For Ladies Community

Now it's time for us to report on the development of the 3nd week of the community. We really appreciate anyone who has helped the community grow and support all the activities that have been held by the Steem For Ladies community, our community together.
And thank all those who have supported and are directly involved with this community. We continue to strive to provide and show all forms of positive activities that will have an impact on the development of steem. Because of this, we will continue to update community information to report all forms of progress through weekly reports.
Subscribers and active community posters
Last week the Steem For Ladies community already had 99 subscribers and 58 active posters, and the second week it increased to 141 subscribers and 58 active posters. We will also continue to increase our efforts to improve our active posters and are committed to the development of the community next week.
Community administrator
Until now we still have the same community structure, and we will add country representatives if the community grows. We hope to be able to develop the community well so that it can be accepted by all ladies throughout the country. Currently we are joined by 4 members who will provide support and advice, love and whole-hearted dedication, hardworking women and women who are committed to the development of steem.

Since this week, the @steemladies account has been operating since its inception so that the number of accounts that have been supported is 94 accounts last week and this week it has increased to 83 accounts. This account will increase over time as more delegates enter the community account.

Daily Post Tag
The more active posters there are, the more posts ladies have published since the presence of this community. The post increase because of contest than created on the community. The types of posts are also very varied, ranging from The Game Diary, Beauty Care, Recipes, Make Up, and even various tips that give us a lot of education and information so that they can be applied properly in our daily life.

Community Rating
When the active poster decreases, the ranking of the community will also decrease accordingly. This is a very far position, but we will be committed and keep moving and trying to improve the position of the community and also by everyone's support. We are very happy because we can still be present to provide a place for creativity and innovation.
This is a weekly report from the Steem For Ladies community, Thank you for all the support given to us especially steemcurator01 and steemcurator02 and the Curator Team and for all the delegators and sponsors of the contest, we really appreciate it. We will continue to strive to realize the goals of the community with all efforts and faith. We come with good news, and we will try and cooperate sincerely so that all goals are well achieved.
