Hand fan made of colored paper

🟫 Step 01

🌺First, I took a red colored paper here, and I rolled it into small pieces on both sides and folded it in the middle here, as you can see.

🌺Then I took a long piece of yellow colored paper and rolled it up a little thickly and glued it on.
