SEC13 WK3 "Is drama only for women or is it also for men?"

👉 When you get sick, do you tell everybody, or do you keep it to yourself? Why?

I keep it to myself. I mentioned already that life isn’t playing all fair sometimes and there will be moments that we have to let things pass by. True that moment can suck but once we go through that situation, we know that we have matured and evolved as a human to take the next step in life. It's all about the way we see life, right?

👉 Are you one of those who adds some drama to the situation, or do you tell things as they really happen?

I'm all about the simple truth. Adding drama might spice things up, and your listeners might love the adventure and the dramatic scenes, but I'm not really into making things up just for the sake of drama.

Now, if I need to manipulate someone or set the stage for future scenarios, I might sprinkle in a few dramatic points, but that's about it!

👉 What drama have you created in life or in public? Tell us all about it.

I can’t really recall any incident as such in public but there were times when I pulled off some drama to my mother when I was a teenager. Especially when I wanted to make things as I wanted, I might have put some drama in family discussions 😁.

One incident that I can recall is when I wanted a phone for myself, I told my mother that there was a superb phone which could record anything from a distance. Back then, my sister was into dancing, and my mother wanted to record her stage performances. I saw my opportunity and created a whole drama about this phone being able to record anything and made a big fuss about being unable to capture these precious memories. Eventually, I got my first phone, a Sony Ericsson K700i, but it turned out it couldn't do what I promised. I had to live with that little white lie for about a decade and verbal harassment from my mother and sister, but it landed me the phone of my dreams! 😂

With that aren't we all some kind of actors and actresses in our own drama! we all have our moments, right? it's all part of the spectacular show called life! 🤷‍♂️
