Raising boys and girls
Hello Everyone!
I hope you are doing well...
We have come to the Third week of the Steemit Engagement challenge. It's truly amazing to witness the participation in this week's contest. I am eager to share my thoughts and opinions on the topic.
"Pink is for girls, and blue is for boys."
This is quite intriguing. I don't understand why people categorize children into two colors based on their gender. And I see the interest of people and the impact of marketing switches from time to time. During my childhood, girls typically used pink stuff and boys used blue. It's probably because of the influence of marketing. Companies can make enormous profits by adding such concepts into society and sustain themselves in the market without any struggle. For some reason, I hated pink stuff when I was young. I always preferred other alternate colors.
Parents are wiser these days, and they rarely pick Pink or Blue when a baby is born. We see over time things change and nowadays parents prefer to use more white or light-colored baby products. So that these products can be passed on to the next child regardless of the gender.
"Should boys and girls be raised in the exact same way?"
YES. Nowadays, children are more advanced, and they naturally can think beyond our expectations. In my opinion, restricting our children from certain activities, like saying "This is only done by boys" or "This is only done by girls" is like shutting the doors for a huge potential and incredible capabilities that could even astonish the world.
Therefore, I think it is important for a child to explore and develop without setting any boundaries. As parents, It is our responsibility to give our children the opportunity to be who they are. And to support them pursue their dreams.
It is always better to raise boys and girls in the same way because there will be people with more sensitivity. Many people struggle in life after marriage due to a lack of sensitivity and affection towards each other. If you don't let your son be involved in house chores or help you with cooking, he will end up just as a Robot with no feelings doing his own job. The same goes for girls. Girls should also learn to take over responsibilities in life and be capable of taking any burden on behalf of their families. Children with no emotions neglect their responsibilities easily and become unpleasant individuals in society.
Teaching our children to be all-rounders at a young age will help them navigate through life with a partner more easily. They will understand each other's commitments and be sensitive to each other. It is crucial to raise children equally, making them confident to face any challenges in life.
Many parents prepare their children for exams but not for life. This is why we see people with proper education also fail in their lives. Parents serve as lifelong pillars of a child's life and it is their responsibility to raise your boy or girl righteously. However, I believe that it is the responsibility of the parents to guide children well, teaching them the basics of life. Ultimately, what matters most is the character we build, not the product.
I hope you enjoyed going through my participation in the contest. I would like to invite my friends @asi1993 @m-fdo and @nooruleman to take part in this wonderful contest.

Thank you for participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 16 in the Steem For Ladies Community.
You are of the opinion that the boys and girls should be trained in the same manner. Giving them opportunity to make choices and treating them in an equal way helps them develop the mindset of a unity among them. We need to understand their likes and dislike as we help them live their life freely without boundaries. I enjoyed reading from you. Success to you ma'am!
When I was a kid, I remember girls always seemed to have pink things, while boys had everything in blue. One of my classmate used to have pink erasers of different shapes and i too wanted to have them but ......It's funny how advertising can shape what we like, even when we're little.
I believe it's important to treat boys and girls equally as they grow up. Kids today are so smart, and they can do anything they set their minds to. As a parent, I've seen how letting my children be themselves helps them blossom in amazing ways.
That's absolutely true . From what I've seen, many parents focus a lot on school tests but forget to teach their kids about real life. That's why sometimes even well-educated people struggle. As a dad, I want to make sure my children are ready for whatever life throws their way, not just for exams.
All the best
