The Diary Game | 06th of November 2024 | ♥ A Productive Wednesday Without Electricity. ♥

It was a beautiful Wednesday morning. We woke up to the alarm as usual and started our daily routine. My husband was a little free from his duties in the morning to run some errands, so we decided to go to the weekly market in our area. While we were getting ready, there was a power cut. Since staying at home wasn't practical without power, It was anyway a great idea to visit the market.

First, we went to our usual fish shop. Vihan and I Stayed in the car enjoying the beautiful surroundings, I like it when it's sunny in these mountain areas. After buying some fresh fish, we headed to the roadside market.

This time, I left Vihan in the car with my husband and went to buy the fruits and vegetables we needed. It felt so good to see the fresh fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, I hadn't brought my phone to capture any pictures of the village market.

There was still no power when we returned home. After dropping us off, my husband left for work. Little Vihan and I had breakfast that we bought from the shop. After endless waiting, I realized that the power would take a while to return. I decided to start deep cleaning the house to cut the boredom.

It was around 11:45 a:m., and the power was still out. I dropped a text to my husband to bring us lunch. Then I continued cleaning after lunch and ended my task in the evening. When my husband returned, It was already 4:30 p:m, and the power had finally been restored. I did the remaining house chores that were left off without power.

I was really exhausted after a full day of cleaning and organizing. I gave Vihan a bath, took a shower myself, and wrapped up my work for the day. Days without power are really annoying with little Vihan. I give Vihan some Screen time until I do my chores. It was a challenging day to keep Vihan occupied while I carried on my work.

At around 7:00 p:m, Vihan had his dinner, and I put him to sleep a little early because today he didn't get his usual afternoon nap. He was already too tired and became really fussy. After Vihan fell asleep, I spent some time on Steemit reading the entries. I was thrilled to see my reputation had reached 70. I felt happy.

Despite the lack of electricity, I was happy to spend my day productively, cleaning and organizing the spaces in our home. The house felt peaceful. Being Thankful for all the little moments I had today, I went to bed to end the day.
