Happy birthday to my little Lulu
It was 8 years ago that we found a cold, wet and scared little puppy huddled under out RV down on the Texas coast during our first volunteer assignment.

Now she's a big fluffy ball of love

No tags, no chip, just an old collar and since there were no real towns nearby (our volunteer site was on the edge of the Brazoria wildlife refuge) it was pretty clear she had been dumped there.
Over those 8 years she was a devoted little sister to our lab Bella and then our sole little fur baby in 2020 when Bella passed.
Such a happy go lucky dog who loves nothing more than being outdoors whether it's winter or summer, wet or dry.

Go for a long walk every morning, play around the yard, explore the smells wherever we go and generally be just a perfect companion always ready for a trip somewhere.

Enjoy the day Lulu and hopefully we'll have many, many more to come.
Now time for some waygu beef birthday cake
