Hi everyone I am fine and I hope that you all will be also fine and will be doing great work at Steemit. Today I am here to participate in a contest which is about stress eating. This contest is organized in the Healthy Steem Community and this contest is organized by @khursheedanwar before answering the questions of the contest.I will like to tell you about that what is stress .

So stress is a feeling of being in a worried mood because of worries about things that are going on in your life. It could happen in tough situations in your personal life or at your school work like the stress of papers of those who do not learn the papers for the exams. Stress can also make you tired and make you feel nervous. There are two types of stress which are .
- Acute Stress.
- Chronic Stress.
The acute stress is short-term stress that comes when there is tension of the papers of the exams which you didn't learn or which are difficult or due to any other reasons . This stress get ends when the challenge or the exams are over.
But chronic stress is a long-term stress that is due to long period challenges like job problems or any big difficulty.This stress is also harmful to health as it leads to many problems like headaches and sleep problems etc . This stress could last for long periods like it could be lasted for weeks or months and could be also lasted for years .

Stress eating is a term in which a person under stress eats food not because of hunger but because to make him feel good .Because when a person is under stress then more hormones are formed in his body the hormones are called Cortisol which makes a person crave of chips and junk food which is not good for him because eating much junk food or food can lead to an increase his weight which is not good for him because big weight is not good for the health as there could be also made problems in his body due to the big weight.

There are many negative effects of stress eating.Some of the negative effects of the stress eating are :
- Weight Gain.
- Mental Health.
- Sleep Issues.
- Digestive Problems.
In stress eating a person eats junk food without hunger which can lead him to weight gain especially when he is eating food which are high in calories and sugar etc.It can be very hard to manage the weight anyway weight can lead to many problems also .
So when a person under stress eats food then he feels shamed and this can make negative emotions which makes his mental health bad.
Stress eating is also bad impact on Sleep because when a person eats junk food at night full of fats and sugar can led to discomfort and also stress is itself bad for sleep because it does not able a person to sleep.which makes his stress more complicated.
So stress eating also contributes to digestive problems because in stress eating a person eats much junk food not because of hunger but because of feeling good. Eating that much food could be bad for the stomach to digest as it will work harder which will lead the stomach to many problems with passage of time.

Once there was my exam in which there was a paper on the next day which wasn't learned by me fully at Tuition. So when I went back to home there I took money from my mother and bought some biscuits from the nearby market. So when I arrived at my house then my mother prepared tea for me with which I ate biscuits then I started learning my paper but after some time I went to sleep because There was sleep coming to me.
