Yes, I like to play sports and I like football very much. Football is very good. One gets tired of daily situations in daily life.If he plays any game to refresh his mood, according to me, he is saved from depression and his mind is also refreshed.And if he is suffering from any problem, then his problem is relieved for some time and all the attention of the person turns towards the game.I like to participate in sports very much. Whenever I used to go to college school, I was bored by studying, so I used to play football with my friends.
I used to take football with me to school and before break I used to play football, my mind was very tired from studying, so during break time I used to play football with my friends.Whenever it was my break time, I used to play with football and the lectures after my break would go very well and I would not fail at all in the lectures after the break, so playing would remove all my fatigue.Even now when I am tired of working according to my routine, I play any game with my sister.Whenever an annual game was played in my college, I used to participate very enthusiastically.Football is played only once in my college so I used to participate in it very much.
How has playing sports improve your physical and mental health? |

Heart and Lung Weakness Sports improve the cardio system and strengthen heart and lung weakness.When we participate in any sport, our bones become stronger in sports and if we have obesity.What is not reducing in any way is that when we run in sports, our body fat comes out of our body through sweat.Playing also helps in reducing our body weight.Regular physical activity strengthens the immune system which protects us from various diseases.Playing football reduces depression. Playing sports releases endorphins and reduces depression. Playing football tomorrow also improves our self-confidence.When we play any sport we get very tired so when we sleep our sleep is also very good.If you want to improve your health, make any sport a part of your routine.

By playing physical health, the body remains sedentary, a person can be saved from heart diseases and obesity, mentally, a person feels calm.Mental stress and depression are also reduced. When tired, night time sleep is very peaceful. The mood of a person is very good. He does not get angry easily.Participating in hearts increases self-esteem and also improves decision-making ability.If a person stays away from sports, it affects not only the physical but also the mental routine in one way or another.People who do not play any sport should play any sport and make it a part of their daily life.Sports also teaches hard work, consistency and acceptance of defeat and is a good lesson.
