• Friends, very good contest has been announced by the whole community. Our health is in our hands only, it is our decision to improve or spoil it, now this decision is fulfilled by our habits. If our habits are good, then there is no problem for our health, but if we have a habit of tobacco, cigarette or intoxicant, then our body may have to face many difficulties. Let's go ahead in this beautiful contest of ours and I want to invite ripon0630 @edgargonzalez , @jyoti-thelight , @m-fdo and @anasuleidy in this contest.

• Surgery means that there is some difficulty in the anatomical parts of our body or we can say that there is a change in the structure of our organs, then we need surgery. Surgeries are planned as well as emergencies. When we have cosmetic surgery and planned replacement surgery like hip replacement and knee replacement which are common in the present time, it is called planned surgery. Surgery done after an accident i.e. surgery done to save life like craniotomy, spine surgery and surgery like bone fracture is called emergency surgery.

Tell us what surgery have you or a family member or friends performed and why?

• Till now no such surgery has been done in me and my family and till now no one has any such disease due to which surgery has to be done. We are completely dependent on Ayurveda and take Ayurveda medicines, because of this we do not have any major disease. Prayer is better than all medicines for us, that's why we do not have any disease nor do we need surgery.

Do you consider surgery the solution to a health problem?

• As I told earlier that surgery should not be done until there is no change in the composition of the body i.e. there is no change in the composition of the body parts. Surgery is not the solution, if surgery has to be done then there should be no haste, first oral medicine should be taken and doctor's advice should be taken, if doctor tells that surgery has to be done and second opinion should also be taken from any other doctor. Is surgery really necessary or not?

Have you or a family member or friends suffered an accident that required sutures? Tell us how was it?

• Yes of course, once my friend had a road traffic accident and due to this he got a minor injury on his head, due to which my friend had to get 6 stitches on his head. He was given anesthesia to get the stitches and he was not conscious for some time after getting the stitches then we had a lot of fun with him. He was speaking anything in a semi-conscious state and we were calling him anything. So this moment was of sorrow but we had converted it into happiness.

When these events exist, which health center do you go to, or simply go to the home remedies, tell us which one you go to!

• This incident was an emergency incident as my friend was bleeding from his head. If we had ignored this condition, it could have happened that my friends would have to face even bigger problems, as if the blood continued to flow, there would have been hypovolemia as well as hypoxia or due to head injury. He could also have suffered a brain hemorrhage. We should take the opinion of the expert in such a condition. I take expert opinion even in the smallest of health problems and we all should do the same.

• It is possible that our home recipe may go wrong and complications may arise which we had not thought of. Doctors study for 8-10 years, so they know all the indications and contra-indications, that's why we should take expert opinion of the doctors, leaving the domestic custom.
