Today I am writing about an interesting contest which is launched by @mesola all time my favourite topic “CURE FOR DEPRESSION AND ANGER" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

What must I do to conquer depression and anger?

It takes a lot of courage to overcome depression and anger, but it is not impossible. Because our excessive anger and being angry becomes the cause of our unhappiness. A person should be happy, I do not say that all people are happy. But we will not achieve anything by being sad all day long. Our home environment will only deteriorate and our health will deteriorate.

It is said that worry is like a funeral pyre. There is only one point difference in this.

Therefore, we have to try to control our sorrows and anger and try our best.

Because sometimes our excessive anger becomes our enemy. Due to which people start moving away from us and this becomes the cause of our sadness. Therefore one should always try to speak with love. If you don't like someone's behaviour, then speak less to them and keep distance from them. And stop expecting the most from others. Because the biggest reason for our suffering is when we expect from others.

What is different between depression and ?anger

The only difference between depression and anger is that in depression the person suffocates internally. Unable to tell his fillings to anyone. He remains troubled within himself. He thinks about the same sorrow all day long and it has a harmful effect on his health.

And an angry person, instead of paying attention to his own mistakes, always keeps looking for mistakes in others and keeps shouting. Due to which the person hates that person's anger and also starts hating that person. It is better if a person understands it himself rather than trying to explain it to others, then there will be no need to get angry.

What lead us to depression?

Our negative thinking leads us towards depression. When we give up our positive thinking about any thing or work and keep thinking about the harmful effects received from the same thing, then we start going into depression and after getting failure, we start thinking about it.

Stop making even the slightest efforts for success. If you just keep cursing him for his failure, then the person starts going into depression.

How do we Cope With Anger and Depression?

We can deal with anger Arabsad only with our positive thinking. We should never lose hope. Because if one path is closed then God opens 10 paths to success and we should have faith in our efforts that if we are trying in the right direction then we will definitely get success. Because by going into depression we are only harming ourselves, no one else is being harmed. We are giving failure to ourselves and our families, so be courageous and think positive. One should try to stay away from negative things or people with negative thoughts.

what are the Treatment for Anger and Depression

The only cure for anger and depression is to keep your thinking positive, have faith in yourself, and never stop trying. Keep a ray of hope alive within yourself and never expect others to help you. When you do not expect anything from anyone, you will neither get angry nor depressed and recognize the talent within you that what we can do and think about moving forward in this direction and achieving success in it.

La depresión es una enfermedad mental terrible que no debemos minimizar y, mucho menos juzgar a quienes están en este estado porque, eso hace más daño. Yo la padecí y, salir de allí no fue tan sencillo.
