Kidneys are a duo of bean-form organs found in the back of the abdomen, everyone on each side of the backbone. They are important for maintaining overall health by filtering waste products from the blood, regulating electrolyte balance, controlling blood pressure, and energised red blood cell production.

Kidneys are important for keeping our body healthy in every way. here are vital of kidney.

  • Filtering waste products: Your blood constantly carries waste products from your body's natural methods. the kidneys strain this blow care carbamide or carbonic acid and creatinine, removing it from your urine

  • reconciliation fluids: Your kidneys act like a sensitive scale, ensuring you have the correct figure of water in your body. They save water that when you need it and remove plethora fluid through urine.

  • Maintaining strong bones: The kidneys activate vitamin D, which is pivotal for your body to mop up calcium and fabricate strong bones.
