How are you all? I hope you all are fine. I am also fine by the grace of the Allah Almighty. This is my first post in this community. Today i am participate in the contest ''My Health ------- My Wealth'' that is organized by this Healthy Steem community. So without wasting the time let's start the post.

What is health? Share in your own words

Health is the biggest wealth of our life. It is also defined as a social, mental and physical fitness of our body. Without a good health we cannot do anything in our life. If we have a good health then we enjoy all the things in our life, on the other hand if we are suffering with the bad health we cannot enjoy anything in our life. A healthy person that is free from all the diseases can perform the physical activities without getting tired.

A person physical fitness measure the health and the fitness. It can be achieved through the proper diet, proper nutrition. For a better health we also participate in the playing activities such as instrument, games, and reading giving the brain exercise that also improve our health. Healthy habits like brushing the teeth twice a day and washing hands before eating the meal will keep us healthy. Good health is a blessing of Allah Almighty. As all says that health is wealth.

What makes up good health?

To live a healthy life and peaceful life we have to take care of many things that's make our health healthy. There are some factors that makes our health good.

Nutrition:

Nutrition is important part for our health. It is a critical part of the health and the development. Better nutrition improved our maternal health and also strong our immune system. Take a best nutrition it will reduce the high blood pressure, lower high cholesterol and also reduce the risk of the diabetes and the cancer.

Take proper rest:

Nutrition is obviously very important, but rest is equally important. Rest is the most productive thing you can do for body and soul. The body needs its rest, and sleep is extremely important in any health regimen. We have to sleep early at night and also get up early in the morning so that's we live a healthy life.

Exercise:

Exercise is also very important for our health. I have also tell about that for the better health we have to participate in the playing activities and we have to go for a morning walk and do exercise regularly. we have to do exercise for at least 30 minutes of a day.

What's your understanding of the phrase "Health is Wealth"?

Health is the biggest wealth that anybody can have. And its means that good health is more valuable then the money or material wealth. With the good health we can achieve anything in our life, but without good health we feel many difficulties in achieving the things. Even we cannot do our proper work and we cannot give our time to anything.

It is very important to maintain the health if we want to live a healthy life. We have to eat well and maintain our sleep cycle. If there is a changing in our sleep cycle it also effect on our health.
