Aging is inevitable, so long as it is a living thing. Time is one of the factors of aging, as we get to accumulate dead cells and cells in the human body. This pushes the skin to be less elastic, and body statuses decrease in size. Aging is the change over time of any linking creature. In humans, it will lead to loss of sight, with a lot of complicated health challenges.

👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it starts?

Aging is natural and is not a medical process but a scientific change in living things. I will talk about linking things because living things age with time and death. Not just humans. Aging involves accumulating dead cells, striking bones in humans, etc. Apart from time, several other factors catalyze aging in living things: environmental factors, personal characteristics, genotype (sex and ethnicity), and so on.

Aging starts from the first day the creature is formed. This means that for humans, it starts from the fetus in the mother's womb. Aging goes with development, which is in different stages.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challenges of aging that are making you afraid of getting older?

Yes, life experience makes me scared of aging. From childhood, I was not scared, because I took on a lot of risky ventures. At that point in life, I knew I could solve all problems. I had the energy to go over two days without sleep, I never had to worry about bills.

When I look back, I don't want to go old. As I grew old, responsibility changed hands. Socially, I have to start thinking and taking responsibility for my actions. Now, if I destroy some property, I will have to pay for it or make sure it is back to the state it was. As I get older, that means going close to the grave. I don't think anyone wants to die, even the pastors who preach of heaven don't want to die. LOL.

As I grow old, a lot happens in my body system. I did mention that changes happen with aging, so the heart is pushed to work harder. Because of this, it can gradually push me to develop high blood pressure. At this point, I fast-track my time on earth. Aging leads to shrinking of bones, and reduction in body size and weakness. I don't want to be in that situation, I have to be dependent on others. You start to have difficulty seeing, eating, and walking.

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can prevent aging.

Water: It can not alone prevent aging, but it helps in keeping the skin moist and maintaining elasticity. Water-fasting metabolic actions are needed in the system.

Calcium: Eating natural food with Calcium can help you keep strong bones, which will help to reduce the rate of shrinking. You can have Calcium from supplements if what you get from dairy products is not okay.

Vitamin D: it is important to have adequate vitamin D in our body. It helps to rebuild the muscles and reduce the rate of aging. Vitamin D can be obtained from eggs, milk, etc, and supplements.

👩 Write any three exercises that can make you look young even in older age.

Walking: I do a lot of walking as a form of exercise. Walking helps to keep the bones and muscles flexible and strong. This activity seems common, but it is very effective in reducing the rate of aging.

Squats: This activity helps in working your whole body and improving your balance. Squats help build your bone density and tragically reduce aging rates.

Pick a spot: This will help in doing routine training, which will help your body to be active and flexible. Picking a sport like handball, tennis, etc will push you to train and increase your body balance.

To conclude, the process of aging can not be stopped. Aging only stops when you die. Whatever you read in content, if helpful can only reduce the rate of again and not stop. Living develops with time, age, and death. In case I wrote something not scientifically correct, please correct it in the comment section.

It is so true.. the life of a child is completely uncomplicated. As a child, we don't worry about what tomorrow may bring.
As we get older, reality starts to sink in, and every second brings us closer to the end. Then you start to get worried. How will it be when I am old. Will I have to depend on others? Would I be able to walk?
And that, my friend, is what makes me afraid, the unknown.
