We all know that in the case of computer CPU is most powerful for the proper functioning of computer and just like computer in human brain is one of the most important part of body that control each and every function related to movement and sensations and there are many other body functions which are controlled by our brain.

Why brain health is most important?

By considering the importance of brain it's health is very important for all of us and nature have created many brain boosters food that are important for boosting health of brain so I want to raise awareness about some important food and nutrients that we obtain from certain foods for boosting brain health that's why this was the purpose for organising this contest.

What do we expect from the conest?

We expect that you all should answer the following questions ;

• Share a drink for boosting brain health.

• Tell about the ingredients you have added for making brain boosting drink with proper quantity of each.

• Is there any specific time to drink this brain boosting drink and if yes then what is best time and why?
