So today I am going to share with you a broad topic, that is about stress management. So let's first see what stress is.


What is the stress ?


Stress is how we react when we feel pressured or threatened in everyday life. When it goes beyond normal, it becomes difficult for us to manage or control.

Stress is the body's natural defense against danger. It means that when people face a challenge or threat, the body reacts physically.

Stress puts your overall well-being at risk and it affects your emotional balance. And wreaking havoc on your overall physical and mental health. It reduces your ability to think clearly, act effectively on the problem, and enjoy life.


How do you feel when stressed?


  • Being constantly angry or impatient.
  • Feeling lethargic or sleepy.
  • Frequent anxiety.
  • Excessive negative thoughts
  • Loss of interest in life.
  • A feeling of dread.
  • Constantly feeling lonely.

How to Reduce and Relieve Stress?


🌿 Identify stressful situations in your life.

The first thing we need to do in managing stress is to identify the sources of stress in your life. It varies from person to person.

  • Job loss
  • conomic collapse
  • Death of spouse
  • Exam stress
  • divorce
  • Injury or illness
  • Marriage separation

Identifying the main stressors such as.

🌿 Getting rid of unhealthy habits.

We often resort to unhealthy ways to cope with stress. Many of these habits temporarily reduce stress, but cause great damage in the long run.

  • Avoiding unnecessary flour and sugary foods.
    Avoid excessive smoking, drinking alcohol or using illegal drugs.

  • Not addicted to TV or phone.

  • Moving with friends and family members.

  • Following the 4 A's in stress management.

    -accept

🌿 When you're stressed, the best thing you can do is not get lazy and get up and exercise. Even a little physical activity is enough. Exercising releases endorphins, which relieve your daily stress and make you feel good.

🌿 You can't completely eliminate stress in your life, but you can control it. Learn relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, and deep breathing, which activate the body's relaxation response.

When you practice these activities regularly, these activities can reduce your daily stress levels and increase feelings of joy and calm in your mind. does It also increases your ability to maintain a strong mindset under stressful environments.
